Exceptions to the No Refund Policy:

Refunds will only be considered if the client requests a cancellation or refund within 24 hours of making the payment or before our expert team begins processing the application, whichever occurs first.

In such cases, the refund amount will not exceed 50% of the total amount paid by the client.

Important Notes:

• Refund Processing: As per our company’s policy, the determination and initiation of a refund take 12-15 working days. Once the refund is initiated, the bank requires an additional 5-7 working days to credit the amount to the client’s bank account.
• Acceptance of Terms: By submitting an application on our website, the client confirms their acceptance of all Terms & Conditions, including the Refund Policy.
• Final Decision: Decisions on refunds made by our company will be final and binding on the client.

No Refund Policy Clarifications:

To avoid any misunderstandings, we have outlined specific scenarios where no refunds will be issued:

1. Non-Delivery of Services Due to:

   • Document Deficiencies: Incomplete, incorrect, or invalid documents provided by the client. For example, not submitting a valid water testing report or providing a prescription instead of a medical fitness report.
   • Misinformation: Any incorrect information provided in the application, such as underreporting turnover or providing a non-existent physical shop address.
   • Incorrect Application Submission: For instance, applying for a Basic Registration instead of a State Licence.
   • Failure to Share OTP: Clients must share the OTP sent to their registered email or mobile number to ensure the authenticity of the applicant. Refusal to share the OTP will be considered non-cooperation, and no refund will be allowed.
   • Application Rejection: Applications rejected by the competent authority due to non-compliance with FSSAI laws, misinformation, previous contraventions, or other reasons beyond our control.
   • Client Non-Cooperation: Any other form of non-cooperation from the client’s side that makes it impossible for us to deliver services will not be treated as a failure on our part, and no refund will be issued.

2. Delayed Delivery of Certificates:

   • We are responsible solely for filing your applications with the FSSAI Department. The processing and generation of the final certificate are at the discretion of the proper officer.
   • Turnaround Time (TAT): The estimated TAT for certificate generation is as follows:
     • Basic Registration: 25-40 Working Days*
     • State Licence: 30-60 Working Days*
     • Central Licence: 45-60 Working Days*
   • These time frames are indicative and may extend beyond the normal duration. No refunds will be granted due to delays in certificate delivery.
   • Note: Working days exclude all Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays.

Final Note: By submitting an application on our website, the client consents to and accepts all terms and conditions, including the refund policy.
