MOBILE NUMBER / मोबाइल नंबर * : Applicants should enter his/her registered mobile number. आवेदकों को अपना पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज करना होगा।

EMAIL / ईमेल * : Applicants should enter his/her correct email id. आवेदकों को अपनी सही ईमेल आईडी दर्ज करनी चाहिए।

EXISTING FSSAI LICENSE/REGISTRATION NO / मौजूदा एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस/पंजीकरण नंबर * : Applicants need to enter their existing FSSAI license/registration number. आवेदकों को अपना मौजूदा एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस/पंजीकरण नंबर दर्ज करना होगा।

Write the existing FSSAI license/registration number and click on validate. If the license number is valid, the nature of your registration certificate will be displayed. Else, “NO DATA FOUND” will be displayed.

CERTIFICATE VALIDITY / प्रमाणपत्र वैधता * : Choose the validity of the certificate from the given options. दिए गए विकल्पों में से प्रमाणपत्र की वैधता चुनें।

UPLOAD YOUR EXISTING FSSAI LICENSE / अपना मौजूदा एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस अपलोड करें * : Applicants need to upload their existing FSSAI license. आवेदकों को अपना मौजूदा एफएसएसएआई लाइसेंस अपलोड करना होगा।
